Krause's 5600HR Series High Residue Field Cultivators
handle all your secondary and seedbed tillage operations with maximum
productivity and durability.
Available in 20'6" through 28'6" sizes, the
5600HR Series is available with a standard self-leveling or optional
floating hitch. The 5600HR's residue hungry, five rank frame features
132" of front to rear clearance with 24" side to side shank
spacing on the same beam.
Krause's wide array of rear finishing attachment
choices let's you tailor a 5600HR to your specific tillage and
cropping practice needs. And with over 80 years of leading the tillage
industry, you can be confident you're getting the finest quality field
cultivator made. In fact Krause backs each 5600HR with it's Three
Year Limited warranty*. |
The
5600HR's Self-leveling tongue automatically levels the unit when working
depth changes are made and keeps the unit level in transport. Turnbuckle
adjustment gives precise, fine tuning of front to rear leveling adjustments.
A-Frame type tongue design with an extra-wide base beam spreads turning
loads over a wider area of the 5600's rugged frame. Handy hydraulic hose
holders keep tips up out of the dirt when not in use. Heavy-duty tongue
jack is standard equipment |
Krause's
5-bar frame design gives the 5600HR incredible strength. 3" x 4"
frame members are well spaced for optimum residue flow through. The 5600HR's
innovative depth control system maintains the cylinder in the retracted
position in the field. Moving the crank type adjustment changes the location
of the cylinder base lug. This system eliminates unwanted depth changes
due to cylinder leakdowns common to field cultivators without Krause's positive
stop depth control system. A single cylinder actuates the depth control
system on the center frame section. |
Krause's
rugged new rocker shaft system is stronger than other designs and requires
no lubrication. Hardened, machined steel inserts and pins (both easily
replaceable if ever needed) provide years of durability. |
Handy
crank adjustment (one on each section) sets the working depth for the 5600HR. Each six turns of the crank represents one inch of working depth change.
This precise depth control feature is a real benefit in chemical incorporation.
Krause Two-Piece K-Tine shanks feature a rugged 3" x 1/2" upper
leaf spring and 5/8" thick edge formed lower shank to reduce draft
and ridging. 180 lb. point load measured at working depth means these shanks
take on tough minimum till conditions with ease.
Krause Two-Piece K-Tines are warranted a full three years against breakage! |
